**Currently not accepting orders for postal delivery**

 

Delivery & Dispatch Time For Online Postals (where applicable)

All orders will be posted 1st Class with Royal Mail within 48 hours of receiving your order. We post at 3pm daily (Monday-Thursday) any order submitted after this time will be posted out on the next available business day. Orders submitted on Fridays or over the weekend period will be posted out 1st Class on a Tuesday, unless previous arrangements have been made.

 

Payment Methods

We accept the following methods of payment;

Cash, Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer

 

Allergies

Please be advised that while every precaution has been taken to eliminate cross contamination of allergens, we regularly use these products in our kitchen.  We cannot guarantee that any product that leaves our kitchen is 100% allergen free.

 

Best Before dates on baked goods

All items produced in BMC's kitchen are made from homemade recipes using fresh ingredients. We do not use additives or preservatives in our baking which means our shelf life will be shorter than Supermarket produce. Your order contents will vary but all items included will keep fresh for at least 48 hours after delivery. Cookie based products are best consumed within this time scale. All orders will include a "baked on date" or best before date and personalised allergen card with this information included.

 

Storage Instructions

If a product has a special storage requirement or keeps longer chilled, these will also be included within your box.

 

Damages & Complaints

If you would like to make a complaint regarding your order please feel free to contact us directly using your preferred chosen method. Due to the nature of our business, damages may rarely occur. while every precaution is taken to ensure eye-pleasing deliveries, damage through transit may occur. Although this sightly changes the visual appeal to your baked product it will not affect the taste. However, please do contact us on receipt of such goods so that we may offer a suitable alternative or are given the opportunity to rectify the matter if time allows for it.
